Sorry was not as successful. Still the same problem.
The side effect was that asterisk does not disconnect when the recipient hangs up.
Sitting and looking for the error. The main difference between a dial-up call and the call received is that I get Polarity reversed on incoming calls before Hook off.
I do not know if it matters.

Hi,
Please try disabling 'busypattern=250,250' and adjusting the value of 'busycount=' to '3'. If the problem still there, please send me the ssh, I will check it for you! My Emai: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Did you get this solved? I have exactly the same problem. When I call in (say mobile) and answer on my PBX and then hung up on PBX, my mobile call stays on for 1 minute and then hungs up. I get a message on my mobile "call suspended by network" it happens then same with IP phone.
